Hi, I am Narasimhulu Maheshwaram and this is my family. My spouse Swaroopa, Daughters Divyasri, Kavyasri, and mother Narsamma. My occupation is a weaver(Maggum work). Our combined income of $4 per day. Puvvada silk saree with Kalamkari design requires 16 days to complete the work. We get a payment of $55 per piece. My daughters are students of government school. In search of work we migrated to mumbai and then returned. With the introduction of powerlooms, our work has been reduced so much. Because of non functioning hand weaving, many weavers had no work, so many families are starving, except the silk sarees and dresses with limited work. We are poor and need in of help.   The gift of 25 kilos of rice is a good support in our turbulent time. We feel it is God's Grace as we are blessed with one month supply of rice to our family. With generosity of rice love, we could able to save money to buy a cotton yarn, to weave cotton sarees.
