Hello, I am Swaroopa. We are four in the family which includes me, my husband, and two sons. This is my elder son Sama Sandeep pursuing 10th class. My younger son Prashant is in 8th class. My husband doesn’t go to work, instead, he drinks alcohol with my money. I get wages only in rainy seasons as I mostly work on farmlands. If I need some extra money or if my family gets fewer wages, I’ll go to industrial factories as a daily wage and feed my family. Due to heavy rains and floods, I couldn’t get enough income for these months and industries also were closed due to the pandemic. We are shortage of money and didn't take my mother for checkups. We can eat three meals a day together because of the 25 kilos of rice provided by Rice Love. I can also use the money saved for the needs of the family. We are ever grateful to Rice Love and the donors.
