Ginnarapu Suresh, a 37-year-old agricultural laborer, and his wife Kalyani, aged 36, a homemaker, reside with their twin daughters, Nishi Kirthana and Sarah Vivechana, who are currently in the 2nd standard at a government high school. Despite their efforts, Suresh's income falls short of covering their household expenses and rent, leading to difficulties in providing adequate nourishment for their children.
