Hi, I am Sammaiah Illandula and this is my family. This is my wife Sammamma and our daughter Sharada and my brother Mogili. I am working as a laborer and my income is $36 per month. Our daughter Sharada is mentally and physically challenged child. As Sharada cannot do her day-to-day activities, my wife takes care of her by being at home. Due to the poor condition of our lives, income and facilities, we cannot afford to give her good medical facilities that she required. We are in a helpless condition.
