Little Shanvi’s Story: A Family’s Love Wrapped Around a Bright Future
In the close-knit village of Devannapet, located in Hasanparthy Mandal of Hanumakonda district, lives a sweet little girl named Ratha Shanvi. At just 3 years old, Shanvi is the heart of her family—a bundle of laughter, innocence, and hope for brighter days ahead.
Shanvi’s world is shaped by the love and sacrifices of her hardworking family. Her father, Ratha Thirupathi, drives a three-wheeler auto, working long and unpredictable hours under the hot sun and in pouring rain to earn enough to support his family. Every day is a challenge, with earnings depending on the number of rides he can manage. Yet, despite the hard life, he returns home with a smile for his little girl.
Her mother, Aparna, stays by Shanvi’s side, caring for her and ensuring she grows up healthy and happy. Shanvi also shares a special bond with her grandfather, Shankar, whose presence brings stories, traditions, and endless affection into her young life.
Life isn’t easy for the family. Balancing basic needs like food, rent, and medical care on a modest auto driver’s income is a daily battle. Still, they dream big for Shanvi—they dream of sending her to a good school, giving her opportunities they never had.
When Rice Love visited the family with the gift of a bag of rice, it brought immediate relief and happiness to their modest home.
