Raju says, "we do not get work daily. It is not going to last long. We work as a team, in three stages such as fixing, binding and dismantling. After completion of entire work, we work as a team so the amount will be distributed according to number of working hours. The shorter the execution of work, the higher the pay. The great the execution of work, the less money. By all means we all need to complete the work in time to get a bit extra. After that we have to wait for several weeks or month to get work. The 25 kilos rice is enough for one month. We thank rice love for giving fine rice. We usually eat local rice, which stinks, we are habituated to eat. We thank God for the fine rice. We will save money in the name of our daughter".
