This is Juggunu and his family. His wife Sandhya, a son Nitesh. They are a very happy family. Juggunu is a labourer or labour worker by profession. His monthly income is less than Rs 8000 i.e., $140 per month. This is their house and this is where they sleep, eat, and watch tv. They do not get water in their house. Like you, they cannot drink water in their house. They need to wake up early to get the water from a close-by water tap and fil it up in that blue drum. This is their life. But even with no regrets, they have welcomed Rice Love into their with warm hearts.  Juggunu said, "the 25 kilos rice is a great gift for us. It is more than enough for 40 days.
