This is Bouya Shekhar and his family. His wife Swarna and son Thimmappa. Shekhar is a driver by profession. His income is less than Rs 12000 i.e., USD $190 per month.  His wife helps her husband by working as a maid servant for Rs 3000 i.e., USD $50 a month. Together they support and help their family with expenses like house rent, utilities, son's education and so forth. This is what Shekhar had to say, " the 25 kilos rice is a God's given gift for us. It will help us sustain for one month. Thank god for sending rice love and thank you rice love for 1 month's food. Because of Rice love one of our dreams will be fulfilled. We are going to start our savings on our son's name for his further studies. May God bless all the ones who made this possible".
