Refund policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have passed since the date of your original purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the tag still attached. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If it has been more than 10 days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received a refund yet, please email us at hello@ricelove.com to confirm that the refund has been processed. If it is confirmed, then check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Promotional items and Bundles

Products purchased as part of a promotion, bundle, or including a free gift with purchase, are eligible for return under our standard return policy conditions, unless stated otherwise in the promotional terms.
All items, including the promotional or bundled items, must be returned to be eligible for a full refund. Items returned without the original promotional item or with signs of use may be subject to partial refunds or denied returns based on our discretion. If the promotional or bundled item is not returned, or if it is returned in a non-resellable condition, the retail value of that item will be deducted from the refund amount.

Exchanges

If you prefer, you can exchange your purchase for a different variant of the same product or an entirely different product. If the new item is more expensive, you will need to pay the price difference. If the new item is less expensive, we will refund the difference to you.

Gifts

We do not provide refunds or credits to people who have received our products as a gift. We can only refund or credit the original purchaser.

Return shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. However, if you select the Checkout+ option at checkout, you will receive free return shipping. If this option is not selected, customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Depending on your location, the time it takes for a return product to reach us may vary. If you are returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Warranty Policy

Our products have a 6-month limited warranty. If no claim is made within 6-months of the original date of purchase, the claim will not qualify for warranty coverage. In order to make a warranty claim, please email photos of any damages of your products with subject line "WARRANTY" to hello@ricelove.com. We will determine if the product qualifies for a replacement for the same or similar product. We do not provide refunds for warranty claims. The cost of postage to receive the new item is covered by the customer. We do not ask customers to pay to mail defective or damaged products to us. Instead, we encourage customers to fix, use, or recycle damaged products.
